May 2009 | BEATMODE | What next ?
We won a £1000 prize from River Island which has helped substantially towards the cost of our final show and booklet next year. Overall we have rasied around £1600 from this event, including the winnings. Chloe has booked a date at MOHO in the northern quarter. We wanted to make the most of freshers week in September but the clubs are already booked up. There is a freshers fair that I am going to check whether we can hold a stall at. It will be on the 25th September.

Unless we are a Uni Social Group we cannot show at the Freshers Fair. So we can't use this to publicise the next BEATMODE event.

5th October | Beatmode | Presentation to Level 5
I enjoyed this presentation; it seemed like they had a lot to take in. The competition is repeating itself this year and the 2nd years have been given the same brief. I took the audiovisuals ( as above). I enjoy public speaking and presentations like this; it felt like a relaxed atmosphere.
